I recently got a new lease from Tustin Mazda, and I had the pleasure of working with Chance. He took the time to show me each model and each different color of the cars that I was interested in and explain the pleasure of working with Chance. Tustin Mazda provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced in all my years, From the moment I called to ask questions regarding a car and through the entire process of my purchase all we have ever experienced in all my years, From the moment I called to ask questions regarding a car and through the entire process of my purchase all went smooth. The entire staff was professional, friendly and most accommodating. Janell Keogh in my opinion went above and beyond in providing me the ultimate customer care and service. I was flying in to John Wayne from out of state, she offered to pick me up at the airport and drove me to their dealership. The night before she informed me what I needed to have to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork was seamless and she even drove me to my bank to finalize a check for the purchase. When I booked my flight I assumed I would be using Uber to get me to and from places, I truly appreciated the service that was provided me. While I was finishing up the purchase John Patterson the owner greeted me and asked how my flight was, I was surprised he knew of me flying in from South Dakota. Lori who handled all the paperwork was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. All in all I had a great experience at Tustin Mazda.
