Chance, a self-proclaimed car nerd (AKA passionate about cars and caring for his customers) spent the entire day with us, patiently answering all our questions, providing expert, honest, practical advice every step of the way! He is genuine, trustworthy and knowledgable and we truly felt he had our best interest at heart - how refreshing! We had several visits from the owner of the dealership to make sure everything was going well and we were being well-supported - we were!
