Buying a car has been a very big struggle for me as a 21 year old first buyer. As soon as I walked up to the dealership an employee named Larry walked up and assisted us. From the start Larry stood out from year old first buyer. As soon as I walked up to the dealership an employee named Larry walked up and assisted us. From the start Larry stood out from the other salesmen I had experienced before because of how genuine he was. He was not pushy and he really did want to help me out. He made the process of getting a new car easier than anyone I/or my mother, have ever dealt with. Not only Larry, but all of the employees we talked to were very nice. I very highly recommend this dealer for anyone who is looking for a vehicle! More

Janell provided the ultimate customer experience. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 20 years and she guided me through the entire process. Once I got to the dealership she welcomed me and my two I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 20 years and she guided me through the entire process. Once I got to the dealership she welcomed me and my two small boys so kindly. She got my boys hot chocolates and set them up in the kids room which made the signing process for me flawless. The car was pulled up to the front and ready for us and the whole process took a little over an hour. I loved the experience with her, the dealership was a warm environment and I will recommend her and the dealership to everyone! Thank you Janell and Tustin Mazda you are all great!! More
