This was my first time buying a car in 15 years in part because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and easy going. Everyone else I interacted with was very nice. The process was very smooth and didn't even cost me my whole day. I really appreciated that Larry took the time to give me a full tour of all my new car's features before I drove off. I would definitely return to Tustin Mazda and Larry if I am ever in the market for another Mazda. More

So disappointed in their service. Had the same problem for two years - but it never was fixed. Once it came off warranty they wanted $60 to repair it.
