The dealership experience was amazing. First and foremost, I appreciate that this dealership does not have any markups or pre installed dealer accessories on the car. Prior to my arrival, the car was set aside for me to test drive. Josh was knowledgeable in explaining the different functions of the car and allowed me to do a slightly longer test drive to thoroughly get a feel for the car. He was also very patient when it came to explaining different hypothetical monthly payments based off my downpayment. The financing office was also very helpful in walking me through the credit application. They explained the different available warranties but did not pressure me to purchase any of them. More
