Buying a car isn't fun. A week before my visit to this dealership, I had a terrible run in at one prior where I was patronized, insulted, and pressured into buying their war A week before my visit to this dealership, I had a terrible run in at one prior where I was patronized, insulted, and pressured into buying their warranty. Needless to say I came into Tustin Mazda with several shields up. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Jim Feinstein. Right out the gate he was very knowledgeable about the car and honest about its performance. After test driving it we negotiated in a stress free manner in which he didn't have me sign any paperwork to trick me into being pressured to sign the purchase documents. He was fair on what he was expecting to get for the car, and after some compromises on both ends with a gentleman named Jeff running credit and comprising quotes, we struck a deal and went forward with little trouble. What I was most worried about was the boxing match I dub the warranty push. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Lori who kindly led me into the process and then began to pitch the options. She was firm but kind and well educated in her sales pitch. Where I’ll always be grateful for this place is when I refused some of the options, no was no. We moved forward and that was that. Thank you Lori! I’m very happy with my car and more importantly the untainted experience of buying it. It really does factor into the feeling you have when driving off the lot. Should this team still be there when I’m due for another vehicle, I’m sure I’ll be back. I certainly recommend! More
