He hated the process and to hear him tell car dealers were always out to take advantage of you and definitely were not honest. Well, Omar, you are completely the opposite of that. You are totally knowledgeable of your product and inventory and more than willing to go out of your way to find the car I wanted if you didn't have it. No pressure. Great experience! I was a first time car buyer, and I'm so glad I came into Tustin Mazda. Chance went above and beyond in his levels of expertise and customer service. I was a first time car buyer, and I'm so glad I came into Tustin Mazda. Chance went above and beyond in his levels of expertise and customer service. I came in knowing basically nothing (about cars themselves or the process to purchase one), and Chance was extremely patient and helpful the whole way through -- he even gave me a ride back from the airport after I dropped off my rental. A few days after purchase, I had a very minor issue with the car, and needed to take it in. Josh Vasquez was similarly helpful, prioritizing the task at hand and getting things sorted out quickly. I was back to work in no time thanks to the excellent service. The process to buy a car can feel super overwhelming and foreign (especially the first time). Tustin Mazda made buying painless, and have already shown a dedication to ongoing customer satisfaction -- would definitely recommend. More
