As we shopped around for a second car, Mazda was always on the top of the list. We found a 2018 Mazda 6 and my wife fell in love with it. We were helped by three salesman Javier , Larry and Sam all were ex on the top of the list. We found a 2018 Mazda 6 and my wife fell in love with it. I have always felt that a woman was taken advantage of by the sales and repair associates at a dealership until I discovered Tustin Mazda. Chance was very patient with me. He went out of his way to get me the sales and repair associates at a dealership until I discovered Tustin Mazda. Chance was very patient with me. This is my second new car I have purchased from Tustin Mazda. Since I was driving in from out of town Victor and Eric made it a seamless transaction and I got the exact car I wanted. Submitted our information online, including the exact new car we wanted, Director Jim F. contacted me within an hour & booked a meeting @ Dealership. We had narrowed our search to two cars, so Director Jim car we wanted, Director Jim F. contacted me within an hour & booked a meeting @ Dealership. We had narrowed our search to two cars, so Director Jim F. had both cars, side-by-side for us to compare & decide which was extremely helpful. We choose one over the other, but wanted a special package which neither car had but Direct Jim F. located the exact car @ another Dealership within minutes so he went and got the car & brought it back to his Dealership. WOW! What great customer service. From the time we arrived at the Dealership till the time we drove away with our new car was 3 hours. Though that is long (really too long for someone with chronic lower back pain) it went by fairly quickly. Honestly, it would have been a 5+ if not for the overly friendly finance person who took too much of our time. Overall, it was one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever incurred.
