Janell was so sweet. I've purchased 5 cars total so far in my life and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I've had. Janell is extremely personable, approachable and knowledgeable and answered al in my life and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I've had. Janell is extremely personable, approachable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with an abundance of patience. I could tell she was extremely well versed in their inventory and it took almost no time for me to find the vehicle I absolutely LOVED. She was also extremely conscientious when discussing financing and she worked with me to find the best financing plan that suited my needs. Debbie in Finance was also stellar. She was incredibly generous and I really felt like I was talking with friends. I would strongly recommend working with both of you're looking for a new/used car. I know I'll be back. More

Jim was fantastic to work with for our purchase. I did most of my shopping online and he was very quick to respond to my inquires and had the best pricing by far. Other dealers I emailed were selling the most of my shopping online and he was very quick to respond to my inquires and had the best pricing by far. Other dealers I emailed were selling the car I wanted for MSRP and one discounted it $180. Jim was able to get the price below MSRP by over $2,100 on a special edition model that the other dealers wouldn't budge on. He was able to illustrate all of the monthly payment scenarios for both a purchase or a lease with different amounts down, so we really could choose our payment and down payment. I could not have been happier. We were able to do the loan application online ahead of time so when we visited the dealership and met Jim face to face for the first time, it went quickly. He spent time with my wife going over all of the details of the new vehicle and set up the Apple Car Play system with her phone. He shared all the details on they infotainment system and made it easy to understand. Jim was responsive and transparent from my first email. It was one one of the best car purchases I have ever made. More

I am very pleased with both Tony and the dealership! The dealership itself is well thought-out in its design and aesthetics, and the comfort of the customers. The lounge is comfortable with areas to work, and the restroom is always clean and stocked. As far as Tony, he welcomed me by name when I arrived, and seemed to remember me from my previous visit. I came in for a service issue that turned out to be my key fobs needing new batteries. I was in and out in 10 minutes for a last minute scheduled appointment for less than 20 bucks! Looking forward to my next visit. More
