I've been taking every car I own (now my whole family drives Mazdas!) here for well over a decade. The work has always been top-notch. But what amazes me most is the ethics of John Patterson and his team. The services they suggest are appropriate, prices fair and the customer service is akin to luxury brands. Truly! I send everyone I know to Tustin Mazda for service and sales and Damian was a perfect example of the quality and care I now, too easily!, take as given at Tustin Mazda. Huge thanks and kudos to Damian for his help today - identifying my brake issue, getting me to and from the dealership with ease (so I could make a meeting!) - and explaining the whole process without the slightest hint of "hard sell." We were in the market for a new car with Mazda, we were having a horrible experience with other dealerships with tacked on dealer fees (500$ for a 3m sticker on the edge of your door??) We emailed OC mazda interested in a used car, we were contacted by Janelle, long story short we were amazed at the transparency of the process, no shady car dealers here that give car dealers a bad reputation,everything was easy,transparent and positive, is there a rating better than 5/5 stars? Honestly OC mazda is awesome as well as their salesperson Janelle, smart decision by the owner to ditch nonsense hidden fees, the price is the price.
