Jim is a Saint, and the best Car Salesman I've had the pleasure to do business with in the past 50 Years! Over a period of four days, I had my car totaled and had a family member suffer a major medical pleasure to do business with in the past 50 Years! Over a period of four days, I had my car totaled and had a family member suffer a major medical emergency. This left me stuck at the Hospital with no car, no time and no clue about my next steps. I've always preferred John Patterson's dealerships. John's a great guy, hires the best people and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. After weighing the options, I decided to replace my old Mazda with a similar used one. I found an almost identical, pristine, used Mazda at Tustin Mazda online at 11PM, and sent an e-mail that night, this was definitely what I wanted. Jim responded at 6:30AM the next Morning. He was thoughtful enough to not wake me at that hour (sleep was a little hard to get that week). As soon as I saw his text I called, and he said he'd do his best to get me into it, despite other people being very interested as well. Jim also understood I was stuck at the Hospital, waiting to talk to Doctors who appear and disappear like Ninjas. He offered to bring the car to me, even though that would have been a huge inconvenience for him on a busy sales day. Fortunately, I was able to get away for a couple of hours, and Jim had all the paperwork ready to sign upon my arrival. I had just the car I wanted, and was out the door by 1 PM. I was even able to drop off my loaner at Tustin Mazda, saving me more time and inconvenience. I was back at the Hospital by 2. I can't tell you what a relief it was to get transportation issues out of the way, so I could get back to making major medical decisions with one less thing on my mind. I can't imagine not buying my next Mazda from Jim. He's a great guy, cares about his customers and knows his Mazdas. He treated a stranger like me, as an old friend when I really needed his help, and I won't forget it. More
