Josh has been a pleasure every time I come in for maintenance. He's accommodating, helpful, and honest. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the crew's honesty. In fact I know some of my car's parts are wearing out but are still within their useful lifetime, but they don't tell me I have to replace them, which is something I've experienced in other places. They also honor the warranty without hassles. My car needed a major repair recently under warranty and they did it beautifully without any surprise costs or a catch.
