Service is always well managed, delivered well, and customer centric. Dylan was great today although, even at 72, I'd like to see his tattoos. If i were younger. I'd have them. Tony Mattingley provided top notch service on my most recent service visit. He has been my service advisor for years and I trust him with my MX-5 Miata. My experiences at Tustin Mazda have been positive. Josh, in the service dept., is pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The mechanics working on my CX-5 seem diligent and well qualified. Due to the higher prices, compared to my local mechanic’s fees, and the distance from my home, I might be unable to continue having my vehicle serviced at Tustin Mazda for the long term.
