I was interested in purchasing my Mazda 3 at the end of my lease. I was nervous because my credit score took a bit of a hit during covid and being a restaurant worker I was unsure I could get approved. I h my lease. I am now a proud owner of my Mazda 3 with extended warranty all within my budget. Between Javiar and the finance manager, she too is another blessing there my experience is 5 stars plus. More

The team at Tustin Mazda was patient and helpful through the whole purchasing process, and took extra time to ensure that I was well informed and understood all of the choices to make sure I made the best decisions for me. A few weeks after purchasing the car, I realized that the gas cap was missing a pin to keep it in place, and they even got me a replacement for free and made it super easy for me to pick it up. I've always been hesitant about dealerships, but this place is fantastic and all the people there really care. 10/10 More
