I went to about 8 different dealerships frustrated when trying to purchase a vehicle and this particular one exceeded my expectations by far. Amazing and friendly people, no underlying dealer markups. It w trying to purchase a vehicle and this particular one exceeded my expectations by far. It was the easiest buying experience I could have asked for, and I could tell they were all genuinely happy to see me in the car and smiling. Victor specifically was the absolute best, communicative, and honest, even following the vehicle’s purchase. He even stayed 2 hours after closing just to make sure I was all set. Would rate everyone 6/5 stars if I could! More

My experience working with Omar on purchasing my new Mazda 3 Carbon Edition was very professional and straightforward, certainly not a trait I was expecting as most dealership experiences I have had hav Mazda 3 Carbon Edition was very professional and straightforward, certainly not a trait I was expecting as most dealership experiences I have had have been working with those who are pushy and do wear their agendas on their sleeves. He had been insightful throughout the whole process and had been patient with my process and initial skepticism when purchasing a car. While the 2-month wait was not under his control, since things do happen during shipping, he kept in constant contact with me through the whole process and even did his best to keep his word on working with the pricing we established at reservation which he helped me reason through once I got into finance. While finance in comparison wasn't as pleasant of an experience, (I suppose I can shake my own hand when we're done haha..) it went as expected however it did not put a massive drag on the experience. Overall, I would certainly return to Omar and his team again once I'm on the hunt for my next purchase on one of Mazda's future models. More
