I will start off by saying that Tustin of Mazda has angels and saints working there. Their attention to detail and complete care towards Me and not the Sale has my heart in a chokehold. I came in knowing my car history and the challenges that will come with it. I had been sitting on this big decision on whether it was a good time to get myself into a car. A lot of anxiety and discouragement was building up but, I figured why not? The worst that can happen is a no, and I can handle that. With that being said, I reached out to Tustin Mazda and a gentleman by the name of Jimmy assisted me. From the very beginning Jimmy had my best interest in mind. We went through the numbers and looked through the possibilities. The dealership I went to prior to visiting Jimmy / Tustin Mazda, was trying to give me a sale with a 29% APR. As we all know, that's a bit of an insane stretch for anyone. Jimmy by the help of Lori went to TOWN for me. Their hard work and dedication is phenomenal. They had the whole building, including the Top dogs bat for me to find the Best deal they could. I am truly blessed to have come across this location. They were able to bring that number down Significantly. ( Thank you Anthony!) All that said, I want to point out what really stuck out to me more than their hard work. I want to point out that they truly cared for my well being as a consumer. They weren't just trying to make a sale and leave me in the trenches. If the better option was to wait it out a bit longer, they would have vouched that. And that means so much to me. I have not come across a sales floor with heavy hearts on it. So, whether you are a young lad, first time buyer, or got yourself into a bit trouble - I HIGHLY recommend Tustin Mazda. You WILL be taken care of.
