I came here to test-drive a Mazda3 and I ended up buying. Ozzy and Jose were great at showing me the car and Ozzy really went out of his way to get me the trade-in value I wanted for my old car and the color Ozzy and Jose were great at showing me the car and Ozzy really went out of his way to get me the trade-in value I wanted for my old car and the color of the new car I wanted (which required him to pull it from another dealer). The previous dealer actually left an aftermarket alarm in the car, which was causing some problems, but Tustin Mazda had no problem paying for it to be removed. Overall a great experience! I live in Federal Way, Washington and decided to visit a Mazda dealership while visiting my family in Tustin, California. I went to look at the Mazda 6 because I've been thinking about buying one for around Mazda dealership while visiting my family in Tustin, California. I went to look at the Mazda 6 because I've been thinking about buying one for around 2 months. I was met by a very nice salesman named Joe Rosales who had a very nice way about him. I told him that I wasn't going to buy anything because I live in another state but he took the time to show me all the features on the vehicle and even offered me a test drive. I didn't take him up on the test drive but I did find out somethings that I didn't know about the Mazda 6 over the competition. I know now I will buy a Mazda 6 I just wish that it could be from Mr. Rosales but I'm 67 and the drive would be too long to make by myself in a new car. If you are thinking about a dealership I would highly recommend Tustin Mazda and Mr. Joe Rosales. More
