I contacted this dealer via email at 7 am and received a phone call within 15 minutes. Jim contacted me and he was very professional and helpful. I was initially interested in one model, which he found at another dealership and gave me an excellent price. But after viewing the vehicle at that dealership, I changed my mind and asked for pricing on another vehicle. That was when Brandon contacted me and gave me the exact deal that I wanted. While this was ongoing, I had contacted several other Mazda dealers who were not as prompt to answer my emails (some took days), or they did not give me as good a deal. I went to the dealership to view the vehicle at Tustin Mazda and Jim and Brandon both helped me. They were patient in the process, and never pushy or wanting to change their offer (other dealerships were). In the end I purchased from these two guys and it was a very nice process (even offered me lunch!). These two guys are a great team and I have a whole new outlook on car buying. It does not have to be the hassle that it often is. Anyone looking to buy a Mazda should go see these two or contact them via the internet. You won't be disappointed. More

This kind of service can't be faked, it can only be delivered by people who are happy and well-compensated, and who obviously enjoy what they do. It is an amazing feat of good management, and a reason to stay with Mazda and keep coming back to Tustin Mazda. Good product + good service = win-win! More

This was a fabulous experience. I started with an internet quote and then scheduled an appointment. The vehicle was waiting for me to test drive and Brandon was very friendly and knowledgable. I compared the quoted price with a broker price and the first price I received was better than the broker's price. My dealer experience took less than 3 hours - fabulous! Finally, I have been a Crevier BMW customer for 10 years and the Tustin Mazda dealership had that Luxury feel - this was one of the reasons I selected it. Also, the Mazda 3 was a fun inexpensive car! Brandon was so patient answering all my questions. He suggested a used Mazda 6 that had recently come in. After my test drive, that car was the one I wanted. Brandon could not have been more helpful answering questions and setting up the bluetooth, navigation, garage door opener, etc. The paper work went smoothly . Not only is everyone at Tustin Mazda friendly and very customer oriented but $50.00 of each car purchase is donated to a local charity. That says alot about management and the people at this dealership. More

Sammy, our sales person, was helpful and easy to talk to. He made me feel at-home, something I can't claim about my previous car shopping experiences. He also didn't play any games with me. He listened to what my needs were and went to get me just that. The entire sales staff was friendly and offered water and coffee. With my recent calamities and how it affected my credit, I was truly moved by the effort in which Lori, the Sales Director, put into getting me financed. I surprised my wife with the good news and it brought her to tears--the best news we've had in a long time. Not only was the sales experience exceptional, the service department is great as well. I returned to replace a faulty keyfob. They took care of the problem quickly. Once again, they offered me water and provided coffee and popcorn. I'm definitely getting my car serviced here! I recommend Tustin Mazda simply because they made a miracle happen and got my wife and I EXACTLY the car we wanted...but their service is great as well! Thank you Sammy and Lori and all the great people at Tustin Mazda!!! More

I have been taking my Mazda Rx8 here since it was purchased new in 2005. The staff is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable in my experience. I thought it would be a very easy experience since I had used a car buying website which basically promised me a specific price. The dealership did honor the price, but the process of buying a car from thi used a car buying website which basically promised me a specific price. The dealership did honor the price, but the process of buying a car from this dealership could have been smoother. It may have been bad timing, but they had a hard time locating the car that I wanted. Even after I changed the options I wanted to make it easier for them to get the car, it still took them several days to arrange a transfer of the car from another dealership. Their financing department could also work a little faster in processing my paperwork. But I must say that the owner takes his customer service quite seriously. He will make things right if you're not happy with any areas of the purchase experience. More
