I purchased a CX-9 this past weekend at Tustin Mazda. From the moment I arrived on the lot until after I drove off with my new car, the experience was awesome!! My sales rep, Kevin "Orlando" Rullan went above and beyond my expectations of great customer service. He worked with me on his days off to make sure I got my car!! Even today after I brought my car home, I have had a few questions. He gives me an immediate response and is so helpful. I love the no pressure, family feel of this dealership. Big Mike who helped with the "numbers" part of the deal was very fun to work with. His "willingness to work with you" attitude made it so much easier and less stressful. Lori in finance was amazing too!! She was in constant contact with me on what needed to be done and was willing to help me any way she could. She was a whiz with the finance part of it. Each person that I worked with really seemed like honest, nice people. I had been to a few dealerships where their salesmen approach seemed very shady and put a lot of pressure on me. I was not comfortable with purchasing a car from a few dealerships that I had been to. However, at Tustin Mazda, it has a true family feel, no pressure, friendly environment. This was the easiest and most enjoyable expience I have ever had buying a car in my life. We definately would recommed him and your dealership to anyone of our friends. We already have given some our friends there name already as they were either jealous or just plain loved our car. WE hope we helped them get a few sales from our wonderful service. They are a 10 if you had it and Kevin orlando rullan was the best service person in the industry we have ever had also so was Laurie who is the person that gave us all financials help and needs that we asked for and she went above and beyond are wildest dreams. Tustin Mazda, through its people, but more importantly, through its culture, erases those poor experiences of years ago. This dealership, through its focus on the consumer as someone they truly want to make happy, brings pleasure to the car buying experience. Its the simple things, from making sure me and my family were comfortable while waiting in the showroom, to random Mazda staff members greeting each of us with a hello, to the President, John Patterson, not only introducing himself to us, but spending time with us out of interest in us and not seemingly, just because we might buy a car from his dealership. You can't teach that kind of attention and kindness. It is a culture. It is woven in to the fabric of how the dealership operates. Now to Jim Feinstein, the man who sold us our car. Fun and with a focus on educating us not for purposes of building his ego by showing us that he knows more about the subject than we do, but for purpose of making sure the selection we make is the right one for us. His attentiveness to my 12 year old daughter, was also appreciated, by me, as well as her. My daughter commented at one moment when Jim stepped away from us, that she liked him because he included her in the cary buying process. Again, you can't tech that. In addition, the attentiveness to us, of others Jim enlisted throughout the afternoon to help - Mike and Ozzy, were equally incredible to us. All of them made themselves available and made us feel as if no other customers, but us, mattered, even thought the showroom was constantly full of people. We ended our excellent experience with Keane, the finance man. Also, a great person who continued the excellent experience by quickly running through the critical details; making helpful suggestions; explaining everything with enough detail for us to make an informed decision but not with so much that we became bored or overwhelmed. Definitely one of the better dealers around town. Fair pricing. However, one thing that annoyed me slightly was that although I told them my ultimate budget was $18000, which they promised to work with, t pricing. I felt they should have told me right from the start about the warranty rather than wait until the last minute. More
We were looking for a new Mazda CX-7 to replace our aging Nissan crossover. Saw an ad in the paper for 0.0% financing at a local Mazda dealership (Tuttle-Click). Looked online to verify they had the make, model & trimline we wanted on the lot. They did, so we headed on over. Then spent a frustrating 30 minutes 'haggling' with the Tuttle-Click sales rep about the vehicle pricing & dealer options we wanted installed. Never got a straight answer about the pricing or availability. It was a typical bad-dealership experience... So we left without purchasing the vehicle. I go back online, & found the same make, model & trimline at Tustin Mazda. Headed over there. COMPLETELY different experience. Greeted by friendly staff, showroom buzzing with people, nice leather couches to sit on, flat screen TV to watch the NFL game (even changed it for me so I could watch MY team), offered coffee, water, etc. Brian shows us the CX-7. Wife loves it, we decide to purchase. Brian tells us that in addition to the 0.0% financing, there is also $750 customer cash available (not sure why, but Tuttle-Click never mentioned it). We complete the paperwork while watching the game on TV. Then Brian gives us a tour of the dealership, explains their VIP program (free oil changes, lifetime car washes, etc.) After the tour, tells us the finance department is ready for us. We sign our name a dozen times & do a quick review thru the owners manual with Brian explaining/demonstrating the cool features of our new car. Drive away very happy & completely satisfied. I am SO glad we found Tustin Mazda. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a great dealership experience. More

I decided that a Mazda 3 was in order for my daughters 16th birtday and I wanted it to be a big surprise. On the referral of a good friend and after shopping around a little bit, I ended up at Tustin Maz 16th birtday and I wanted it to be a big surprise. On the referral of a good friend and after shopping around a little bit, I ended up at Tustin Mazda. I was immediately greeted by Jim who I had an initial discussion with about what I wanted and what price point I needed to be at. Jim then took me out to their immense lot and we started looking at some cars. It didn't take long to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and within about 20 minutes I had picked out a CPO 2010 Mazda 3. We went inside, sat down and did all the paperwork. The whole process literally took about an hour or so. Because I was purchasing the vehicle prior to my daughters birthday, Jim even offered to hold the car for me and have it ready for pick up a day before the big day. I returned the day before her birthday and there was the car sitting right up front ready to go. I sat down with Lori and hammered out all the final registration paperwork on the vehicle and Tustin Mazda even let me borrow their big red bow to put on top of the car. Having bought a number of different vehicles in my lifetime, this was by far the friendliest, fastest and most customer service oriented vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I was even lucky enough to meet the owner himself, John Patterson. What a fantastic sales experience, from start to finish! Thank you! More
