I had such a wonderful experience with Tustin Mazda! I had never driven a Mazda before or even sat in one! And Jeff spent SO MUCH time helping me and letting me test drive every car on the lot practicall had never driven a Mazda before or even sat in one! He even came in on his day off for me!! I never felt pressured and felt like he was truely trying to help me find the right car for me! I ended up with a 2010 Mazda 6 and couldn't be happier!! We were not really looking into Mazdas in the first place, but we were givin the oppertunity to look at the CX-7, and it went straight to the top of our list. We test drove all the compact suvs out there and we liked the overall look, feel, and drive of the CX-7. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the car, and the lease and buy options. We were uncertain of buying or leasing, and Kevin gave us his honest opinion, and the positives and negatives for both. My wife and i felt no pressure at all throughout the whole expierence and were very satisfied with the lease that we were given and all the sales staff inside as well. Overall we were very pleased with Mazda in Tustin and feel very strongly that we made the right descion to lease the CX-7. We were very happy with our dealings with Tustin Mazda. I had specific ideas of what car I wanted and the color and packages I wanted included. There were none with my specifications available so Jeff did re had specific ideas of what car I wanted and the color and packages I wanted included. There were none with my specifications available so Jeff did reseach and made a deal with another dealer out of state to deliver the car I wanted. Even though I wanted a "special order" car they did not charge us full price, we were able to make a fair deal for the car and I still feel that I did not have to compromise to get the car I wanted. Jeff kept us updated through out the process and was very accomodating of his time and information to make us feel comfortable about our decision. The whole car buying process was very seamless and my kids enjoyed the playroom in the showroom. I will be excited to see if their service dept is as smooth running as their sales dept. I would recommend Tustin Mazda and specifically Jeff Lesniak to all my friends! More
