His patence was the primary reason we returned several weeks later to look at a completely difference model. Once again, he showed us all the features of the car and took us for a test drive. We found Tustin Mazda and Jim Feinstein through the Costco car program. Jim Feinstein was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like family. He answered all of our questions and spoke in detail about the Mazda 3's features. We went for a test drive and felt extremely comfortable with Jim as we discussed our car needs. There was no pressure from Jim, he was very patient and left us alone to talk when we returned from the test drive. My husband and I decided to purchase the car that day and the process could not have been better. Jim worked to get the features we wanted in the color I preferred and walked us through everything. I have already recommend Tustin Mazda and Jim Feinstein to my coworkers and neighbors. More

In the beginning, Jim and Ozzy responded quickly when I asked for a quote on email (almost immediately as a matter of fact) and gave me all the specifics I requested including the net price of the car I was interested in. In person they were more than helpful. Everything went very smoothly, everyone was very friendly, and I did not feel "pressured" at all. I received an offer to sell back my 2010 Mazda3 at $1000 over blue book ++ other incentives ie. 0% interest, customer loyalty. Since, I have noticed Mazda sets the agressive incentive standards in the industry and other brands follow their lead. I have never enjoyed the process of a new car purchase before. Jeff did a great job of letting me lead the process and he filled in the blanks as needed. It was a pleasure working with Jeff to get the deal that I needed. The smoothest and quickest transition imanginable. I am enjoying my new ride even more than my previous Mazda. Great work Mazda, I look forward to our next partnership.
