With that background I think it gives me a better platform from which to evaluate and appreciate great service and sales'. Jim has sold me 6 cars in 12 years or so, another one for my son, a Miata, and 2 CX-5s used for my nephew. My eldest son bot his own used Mazda 3 and that's about it. Jim's attention to all aspects of thte sales experience is as good as it gets. When coupled with John Patterson's great service department and the whole team approach that both John Patterson and Jim Feinstein have entirely embraced. Being a bit old school I appreciate how everyone at the dealership delivers on Mr Patterson's comittment to total client experience. The service team delivers as does the after sales team and members of the after sale team, ie.finance, after sale products and warranties. It must be great because I keep coming back to this particular Maxda dealership and to Jimmie Feinstein in particular. He has been with John Patterson for 21 years and goes above and beyond every day with every client. My wife recently had a stroke which resulted in our need to elimainate at least her car , a cx-30 which she loved. Jim very thoughtfully showed us a cx-50 hybrid in susie's colors. That level of awareness typifies Jim's attention to details and how Susie must feel losing the ability to drive. We wrapped a three car deal up, using the difficult circumstances to get into our first hybrid doubling our MPG, using our paid off CX-9 and the Cx-30 which had much more recently been purchased and carried a pay off balance. Selling these cars myself adding way too much to my already full plate. Yes I could have made more on my teade ins but my life is loaded with getting Susie to and from tons of therapy and doctor's appointments and being able to download the time consuming used car sales side with it's uncertainties has been a blessing as well as their help getting back and forth in that I am the only family driver now with Susie and I in our seventies, I now recommend Mazdas to any and all who venture to talk autos with me and Patterson Mazda specifically and of course the veery best sales rep in the world, Jim Feinstein. More
I was looking to get a newer Mazda as I have a 2015 Mazda CX-5. Jim Feinstein was patient with me and let me test drive different models. I was going to buy a pre-owned Mazda CX-50, but I ended up falling in CX-5. Jim Feinstein was patient with me and let me test drive different models. I was going to buy a pre-owned Mazda CX-50, but I ended up falling in love with the white pearl color and red interior of the newer Mazda CX-50 premium plus hybrid. This was a process as I explored different models and colors over months. Jim helped me each time with personalized service and patience. He never pushed me to decide the day I test drove the car. He provided me options and texted me to keep me apprised when he saw something I might like. He provided the most excellent customer service that I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely refer others to him in the future and only buy my Mazda’s from Jim! I’m super happy with my car and with this positive experience! Thanks Jimmy!! More

After visiting that other dealer, we knew Tustin Mazda was the dealer we wanted to work with. When we left the lot that day, I told Jimmy we'd be back once it was time for me to get a new car. As promised, it recently became time for me to get a new car and, to my delight, one of the models I was interested in happened to be here at Tustin Mazda! Without hesitation, I reached out to Jimmy and, just as before, I left a very satisfied customer. Not only is buying a car here a positive experience, we've been very pleased over the years with their service department, too. Well I walked out that evening with brand new CX-70 PHEV Hybrid and couldn't be happier. They made the transition very stress free & easy, and were so kind and friendly. I really appreciated their time and patience. By orders of magnitude, this was the best car buying experience of my life. Unlike virtually every other dealership of any brand, the cars on the lot not have a dozen "dealer installed options" meant to experience of my life. Unlike virtually every other dealership of any brand, the cars on the lot not have a dozen "dealer installed options" meant to boost the bottom line that you probably don't want and either have to pay for anyways or fight to have them removed. The car you buy is exactly as Mazda made it. Everyone at the dealership is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and frankly awesome. Jim F. whom I dealt with is probably the best guy in the car business that I've ever met. If you're looking for a Mazda and you're within 100 miles of Tustin, you're doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else More
Jimmy Feinstein is the reason why we decided on a Mazda. We have been searching for a car for our daughter who attends college in Northern AZ. Jimmy took the time to teach us about Mazda and ensure us she will be safe in the CX30 AWD. He spent quite a bit of his time with us, getting to know us and our needs as well as even spending time teaching our daughter how to use her new car. We WILL be back.
