I mean its like they rolled out the red carpet for me . made everything super easy and took care of me like I was their own family member. It didn't just stop at the sale it continued to the finance office where Tony took care of my finance paperwork and explained everything . I will recommend anyone who is looking for a car to come see these guys Ive never felt so good about buying a car. I came in buying a car and left felt like I owed them something. New Mazda CX-9 Purchase Bought a CX-9 at Tustin Mazda, the Guys did an amazing job in getting the deal I wanted. SUV was loaded and they matched prices with a competitor. Sammy was a great Salesman to work with, explained all I wanted, and listened to what I really wanted. I should say everybody gave me a good deal. Low price, great value for Trade in, 2.99% financing with a low price. (Thank-you David from Finance!) Even gave me GREAT discounts on the 7 year FULL maintenance. The CX-9 is an EXCELLENT 7-Seater option for features and finance, even if it is COMPLETELY loaded (DVD and GPS). My Advice => Do NOT buy a new CAR if you have NOT visted Tustin Mazda yet! This Dealer is definitely prepared to go the EXTRA distance to get you the deal! More

After 8 Mazda Dealerships, Tustin Mazda Is The One! I've never written a review for a car dealership before. I didn't know you could, actually. I just returned home from purchasing a car from Jim and Ve I've never written a review for a car dealership before. I didn't know you could, actually. I just returned home from purchasing a car from Jim and Veronica at Tustin Mazda. I'm one of those people who researches a big purchase forever and ever and ever, and I do my homework on the Consumer Reports website. It's totally annoying to anyone who knows me. I knew I wanted a Mazda and went to 8 different Mazda dealerships all over Southern California (seriously!) All of them were anywhere from rude to indifferent towards me. I started to consider a Honda because even though I didn't care for the Accord, the dealers where at least nice to me and treated me with respect. Anyway, I got a recommendation to try Tustin Mazda and while I was wary, I thought I would try just one more Mazda dealer. If they weren't cool, I was just going to go to Honda.You guys, I feel so lucky to have come across Jim Feinstein and his team at Tustin Mazda. I live 50 miles away from this dealership and he made purchasing the car not only easy, but totally enjoyable and not at all scary. And he gave me the fairest price on my car that I could ask for. I was able to do a lot of the transaction over the phone and email so when I arrived to purchase the car, I was in and out very quickly. Veronica walked me through everything I needed to know about the car before I drove away. I was so impressed with her and with Jim that I'll even be coming back to get my car serviced at Tustin Mazda when it needs its first oil change. I was so happy by the end of the afternoon and before I drove away, I had to give Veronica a hug before I left. That's the kind of treatment I got from her and from Jim.
