Fast and Efficient Service but still not happy with sound. Service appointment was handled fast and efficiently. Still not happy about the radio that I feel was not explained properly when I leased the car. Th Service appointment was handled fast and efficiently. Still not happy about the radio that I feel was not explained properly when I leased the car. The base sound system is very mediocre. It says 10 speakers but you can't hear 5 of them. Evan did show me that the rear speakers were "working" but barely any sound came out of them. He acknowledged this and said the Mark Levinson sound system amplifiers is what is needed and it was a $2000 upgrade. I've read about this issue online and I made the common mistake of thinking a luxury brand like Lexus would not short change it's customers with an inferior base sound system just to get the additional money on an upgrade. More
