I scheduled a service appt and they were ready for me. I had requested a loaner car and it was ready for me. Service was done in a timely manner and I was noticed via text it was ready. Came in for an oil change and they also performed the safety issue with a bad fuel pump seal, and cabin air filter change. This was part of a "recall" campaign where the seal needed to be replaced.
