The service department was polite and I was treated relatively well. What disappointed me was the service special that the dealership was offering on line. I inquired about this and was told something to the effect of something could be worked out. When I arrived to pick up my car no service special was applied to my bill. My service advisor wasn't there and the bill was already printed. I was expecting a $25-$50 discount and got nothing. I would expect this from a local mechanic, but not from Lexus. I have reasons for choosing Lexus to have work done on my car, but it would be nice if there was truth in advertising. More
