The service department was polite and I was treated relatively well. What disappointed me was the service special that the dealership was offering on line. My service advisor wasn't there and the bill was already printed. I was expecting a $25-$50 discount and got nothing. I would expect this from a local mechanic, but not from Lexus. I have reasons for choosing Lexus to have work done on my car, but it would be nice if there was truth in advertising. More

As a customer since 2009, Tustin Lexus provides consistently excellent service both on the sales and service front. I especially appreciate how Rick M. never makes my intense, unpredictable work schedule a problem and instead, makes it as effortless as possible for me to drop-off without an appointment and quickly leave in a courtesy vehicle. Tustin Lexus makes everything vehicle-related a stress free experience. I’ve referred friends, family, and neighbors to the dealership for nearly 15 years and will continue to do so. I’ve been to Newport Lexus (it’s closer to my home and work) and it’s a very different experience in that you’re treated as though they’re doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. The attitude and professionalism at Tustin Lexus are the exact opposite. Also, Tustin Lexus always makes sure my vehicle is spotless at pick-up no matter how minor the service appointment. Thanks Rick M., Nick N., and the whole service team. (Only suggestion is to provide a craft services-esque spread to waiting customers like they do at Newport.) More
My car arrived by tow as my tire was slashed and my spare tire could not be installed due to multiple cracks. I appreciated the feedback that I received from the advisor Brando A, and he and the technicians were able to install in a new tire, order a new spare, and make adjustments to the brakes.
