Alex was great! He tried to give as much discount as he could. My only thing I didn’t like was how much everything cost. Tires were a lot and I could got them done cheaper at Costco. I’m trying to take care of this on a fixed income. I don’t want to sell the car, my husband got it for me before he passed away. I can’t afford this. Hopefully next it won’t cost as much. More

Very disappointing experience to day three hours and fifteen minutes I had to wait at least I asked to find out if my car is ready they told me they are washing after some time I asked again and they co fifteen minutes I had to wait at least I asked to find out if my car is ready they told me they are washing after some time I asked again and they couldn’t find my car keys and then I saw my car is sitting in the front and then they opened the door and the keys were setting in the front seat I don’t understand why I I had to wait for so long and what is the process after the car is done where the keys should go Rick told me I am sorry this happened I owe you one next time I was so much mad I I can’t explain Tex me what you can do about this Thanks More
