My first service experience here makes me question whether I shall come back. Seems understaffed. I had appointment at 1pm and came 10 minutes earlier but still waited 23 minutes approximately in 90 d whether I shall come back. Seems understaffed. Oil change and 75k service done without issue and video inspection appreciated however very little communication regarding completion of service, I was worried that service center would be closed and inquired 3.5 hours later if car was done and it was. First time I have had to ask at a Lexus dealer. Picked up car but was still brought to me with plastic seat covering thrown in passenger seat and other misc service tagging still left inside. More

You diagnosed my car didn’t tell me what was wrong with it. then told me that even if you wanted to fix it, you couldn’t because they don’t make parts for my car anymore and you don’t install new parts. I brought Alexis to you because you’re the Lexus dealer and you couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car, but my bill was $470 and then $55 a day until I could get it moved and you couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it in the first place. Not only that I get my car towed back to me and the battery is down and it’s never been charged and it seems like you didn’t even work on my car , but you charge me $745. Yeah, I feel like I’ve been cheated so according to you, I need to maybe just throw my car away but since you were the company the manufacture it felt that you could tell me what was wrong with it and you didn’t even do that , only thing you did was charge me $745 and you didn’t do anything to my car. That’s how I feel service to me. More
