My service person was excellent. He explained me his recommendation and printed out the estimate. I wasn’t going to do it but since it was a no pressure recommendation I will now com He explained me his recommendation and printed out the estimate. We waited for over 3 hours for our service to be done. We had been told it would be 1 to 2 hours. We were never notified that the service was completed. Steve was extremely kind and helpful for my service. He was quick to assist me and get the loaner that I needed. Alex was great! He tried to give as much discount as he could. My only thing I didn’t like was how much everything cost. Tires were a lot and I could got them done cheaper at Costco. I’m trying to take care of this on a fixed income. I don’t want to sell the car, my husband got it for me before he passed away. I can’t afford this. Hopefully next it won’t cost as much. More
