Mark and Trina in the service department have always taken great care and often times have gone above my Hyundai ever since I moved to Orange County. What I love is that there is no pressure to buy a new vehicle or add unnecessary parts. It's just honest service to ensure that me and my car is maintained and safe to drive. I took my car in for service just pulling into the drive was greeted by Martin. He was courteous and professional. I needed service on my Elantra and had a horrible day previous to walking in through the doors. I need to let everyone know, that when I walked through those doors, my day changed for the better. I was instantly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I had both my sons with me and everyone was just as friendly as could be. I was directed to Mark Rodelo and he was the best ever. He took care of us right away, made us feel we were important to the company. I could really tell he listened to every thing I said. He took care of my car quickly, offered my sons and I anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable. He EVEN gave me great prices!!!! Which I am so thankful for because that last month had been very hard for us financially. Before walking in those doors I just had to make a huge payment on a medical bill for myself and that is why my day was horrible. BUT when I made the right decision to walk through those doors...our day changed and we became somebody important to deal with. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone there but especially Mark Rodelo for his great service and smile. He was very professional and kinda as well. My service experience with OC Hyundai was for my first oil change and was very pleasant. Recently I was involved in a minor traffic accident with no bodily injuries, however the only damage was to my dri oil change and was very pleasant. Recently I was involved in a minor traffic accident with no bodily injuries, however the only damage was to my driver's side mirror. Martin Aguilar was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with a damage estimate within hours. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The estimate provided by Martin was right in line with the estimate provided by both my insurance company and by the insurance company of the other driver. I also had a small burn on my back seat and inquired whether they could repair the burn or if he knew someone who could. Martin knew of someone who generally does interior work for OC Hyundai and he provided me with an estimate for the repair. I felt the estimate was very reasonable and both the side mirror repair and the interior cigarette burn work was completed within 1 day and I am completely satisfied with both my car and with the results of both repair jobs. My car failed due to the check engine light fault being on. The test only site where I went to get the test done sent me to a smog test mechanic to fix the problem. The mechanic there tried for three days and could not diagnose the problem. We changed various parts that he said it would fix the problem but the check engine light fault was still there. I decided to go to the dealer and braced myself for a very costly expense on top of what I had already spent trying to get my car fixed to pass the smog test. I called several dealers and the only dealer that had the capability to help me was OC HYUNDAI. I drove from Culver City to Santa Ana where OC HYUNDAI is located to get my check engine light fault checked out. I arrived at OC HYUNDAI and was greeted by Mark Rodelo in the service department and he was very professional. Mark Rodelo listened to my entire problem and gave me a quick quote to get the diagnostic test done. I left my car there at OC HYUNDAI and in less than 30 minutes I had an answer to my problem. The price was less than what I had expected and the service was done in a timely manner. I just passed my smog test with flying colors and what the other mechanics could not solve in three days, OC HYUNDAI solved in less than 3 hours. Going to OC HYUNDAI was worth the drive because it saved me from unnecessary replacement of parts and time. My partner and I bought 2 Hyundais at this dealership. It is people like Mark that keep us coming back. There has been only 2 times that I did not get my car serviced at the dealership.
