I always take my 2002 Hyundai Sonata GLS here for service. It was very convenient when they were located in Santa Ana, just down from where I live. I haven't been to the new location yet. They have always been very nice to deal with and always let me know what needs to be done to my car. They have never tried to do more than has been needed. My Sonata has never had to have anything major done to it, only regular maintenance and small things from wear and tear. It is a great car and maybe some day way down the line when it is completely worn out and I finally have a job again, I will get another Sonata and it will be from OC Tustin Hyundai. I originally bought this car in 2001 from Anaheim Hyundai, now Hardin Hyundai. I use to have the car maintained there when I lived in Anaheim. I thought they were nice there, but like dealing with OC Tustin Hyundai more. More
I've been bringing my Elantra to this same location for regular maintenance servicing ever since I bought there four years ago and have never had any trouble with it. Until two days ago when I suddenly heard a strange "rattling" noise, especially when I accellerated or made a turn. I took the car straight in to the service dept right after work, wondering what it could be and if was covered under my warranty. I was greeted right away and assured that whatever it was, they would find it. After waiting a few minutes, Mark came for me and said "you've got to see this." I thought "oh no, a critter has crawled up somewhere and wrecked something." But no, it was a large twig that was stuck in some weird way in my steering that when the wheels turned it would flap against it. I asked if I could pull it out, and after I "fixed" my car and we all had a laugh over it, I asked them how much they would charge and Mark laughed again and said, "Nothing!" I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from this location 5 yrs ago and continue to come back to get it serviced.It's a place where you walk in and they are familiar with your car and you. Mark has been helping me for and continue to come back to get it serviced.It's a place where you walk in and they are familiar with your car and you. Mark has been helping me for several of those 5 years at the service counter and I always feel welcomed and valued when I am there. Nick has serviced my car more then a handful of times and he always remembers more about the car then I do, I feel like he is my own personal mechanic, which is comforting to know that you are not just another customer to the staff you are indeed a valued customer. Bought my Genesis at Hardin in Anaheim (they gave me the best deal), but have serviced it since new at OC Hyundai. Would definitely recommend their service department. Too bad their sales team would not match Hardin's price or I would have bought the car here too! More

We have had so many problems with our Hyundai since we bought it in 2001. This was our first experience with Douglas Hyundai now OC Hyundai and Trina was very knowledgeable and persistant in getting to t bought it in 2001. I thought that the facilities were very clean, they had popcorn, decent magazines, and the tv was quite nice too. All the staff were very friendly and the work on my car was done in a timely manner. My husband and I own two Hyundai Azeras and my initial visit to the OC Hyundai Service Department was caused by a troublesome Blue Tooth service problem on one of the Azeras. The Blue Tooth problem was professionally handled and resolved to my satisfaction and I have been very pleased with the customer service mentality and service quality at OC Hyundai ever since that initial visit. We have primarily dealt with Mark and Trina in the Service Department and they are both outstanding employees. As a matter of fact, each Service Dept. employee I have dealt with, including the cashier (don't remember his name) and the two different van drivers who have driven me back to work on two different occassions, have been totally customer service oriented, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using the OC Hyundai Service Department to others. More
