I took my car into Tustin Hyundai for its complimentary oil change. Mark Rodelo is the customer Advocate Service Advisor which gave me such awesome service. Mark handled my order with speed, great friendly conversation, and informative information such as what I could do in the nearby area if I did not want to wait at Tustin Hyundai, the fast foods, restaurants, which was very close by. I asked if Mark if he could assist me with placing the license plate on the front and back, which he did with a smile. Mark also was a wealth of knowledge, informing me the mileage that the Hyundai Sonata should go before the next oil change. Which I needed to know, because my last vechicle had a slightly different mileage amount. I'm very impressed with Mark Rodelo, and hope all of Hyundai Service Advisors are the same. I have been coming to Tustin Hyundai since I got my first Hyundai in 2001. And, even though I have moved to Long Beach, then to Anaheim and to Fullerton, I have never been anywhere else.
