In the past five and a half years Tustin Hyundais service advisors especially David and Trina in addition to their many great mechanics have kept my car running and looking like brand new. Still get compliments being a 5.5 year old vehicle is a testament to Hyundai's quality from the build of their vehicles to the quality of theirs dealerships. My experience being this dealer. More
Service Questionable Tustin Hyundai service people have difficulty doing an oil change without causing a resulting oil leak which lasted for 10 days before I returned for Tustin Hyundai service people have difficulty doing an oil change without causing a resulting oil leak which lasted for 10 days before I returned for repair. After waiting for 1 hour the rep said the dripping oil resulted from spilled oil during the oil change. The upshot was that he would speak to the tech who bungled the oil change and sent me on my way. This was the 2nd time in 3 changes that the Santa Fe Sport had to be returned to have spilled oil removed from lower engine cover. Can't recommend Tustin Hyundai service based on sloppy and indifferent handling of a simple automotive procedure. More
I love the service department While my daughter was buying a new car at this dealership over the weekend, I had my 2010 Elantra in to a mechanic for repair. My mechanic called and said that I had a transmission issue. Since I should still be under warranty, I stepped over to repair and made an appointment for Monday morning. I knew I was in for a lengthy visit so I arranged for a ride home and told David that I was being realistic and I knew that it was going to be a while before he had any news on the car. He mentioned that if i really did have a transmission issue that it "should" be covered by warranty. I left my car hoping for the best. David called me this morning and let me know that my repair would be covered by warranty. YAY ME! I've been to this service department several times even though there is another Hyundai dealer closer to my home. The service advisers keep their customers informed about the status of their vehicles and they've never lost my vehicle (as I've had happen 3 times at the dealer closer to my house). Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always stress out when I have to visit a service department for repairs and they're seriously so helpful that I tend to worry less when they have my car. More

Honest, Fair and Fun Experience for 10 years here I own 3 Hyundai's and the service group here takes of all of them wonderfully. Martin, Trina and their manager Gary always put the customer first. I see this not only with myself but with how they treat other customers also. It's a great place to take your car for service. Not typical of most car dealerships service groups where they try to rip you off. More
There are other Hyundai dealerships around the area where I live but I choose to driver a little further for the customer service at OC Tustin Hyundai. Martin has always displayed professionalism and great product knowledge and also gets me in and out to get on with my day. Even my friends and family who have bought Hyundai vehicles from other dealerships in the past, I refer them to OC Tustin Hyundai for services because of great customers service experience. Wow...great experience. At 7:40 am I had a sudden opening in my calendar...so I used Hyundai Blue Link "Service LInk" command from my car to see if I could schedule my 7500 mile service. The Blue Li opening in my calendar...so I used Hyundai Blue Link "Service LInk" command from my car to see if I could schedule my 7500 mile service. The Blue Link agent booked my appointment at OC/Tustin Hyundai for 8am. I arrived at 7:59am...by 8:03 my car was already being serviced. A sat in a comfortable, clean and quiet waiting room and got a of email catch up work done. A little less than an hour later...Jeff came to tell me my car was done, oil changed, tires rotated...even washed and vac'd. I got a receipt and a vehicle inspection showing that everything was done and that my car was checked , fluids filled, etc. All for a very fair price. This kind of service makes life easy. Thanks team. More
