From the moment Jason started talking to me I knew I was going to be taken care of. We went on some test drives, went over the different features of the cars, and in the end I didn’t buy a car. I would instead come back after several days, narrow down my choices and test drove more. After doing this 1 more time I knew what car I wanted. I really appreciate Jason’s help in finding a car that’s right for me, he’s a real one! I’m loving my new (used) car and I will most definitely be back in a couple years when I’m in the car market again. Also thank you to Sheryl for easy no bs financing. Friendly, honest helpful gentleman. Finally a salesmen who knows his product. I visited another Hyundai dealership here in Orange County the salesmen there didn't have a clue. I had to tell him about the cars he was selling. I came back to Tustin Hyundai to by my 2021 Sonata N line to replace my 2011 Sonata. I fully recommend the Sonata and I fully recommend Tustin Hyundai and it's awesome staff. More

Terrible business at this location - they sold me a defective Sonata (transmission problem - VIN# 5NPE24AFXFH019922) at $11,900 and after several followups, they agreed to give me extended warranty, ho defective Sonata (transmission problem - VIN# 5NPE24AFXFH019922) at $11,900 and after several followups, they agreed to give me extended warranty, however, the Service Manager (Martin Aguilar) started bullying and racial attacks upon my repair visits, implying the extended warranty was merely a paper . I will post my experience to benefit the public, This place is dishonest and a bully per my experience, and they eventually re-listed and probably sold my defective car to someone else at a much higher price ($13,500) when I succeeded a legal fight to get a full refund including city taxes and fees (almost $2000) , More

I had an appointment at 10am today to check the leak oil issue on my 2009 Santa Fe because I had it repaired the same oil leak in 2018. I thought it's easy and quick for Tustin Hyundai to fix it because they had experience before. They told me there is $95 fee to do the diagnosis check first. I am fine with it and they told me it will take 1-2 hours to get the check done. They will call me in 1-2 hours. I thought they are professional and waited for 2 hours exactly. It's crazy that they told me the service people haven't started to check my car yet. They told me it's miscommunication and just said SORRY! I am so pissed off. It's totally INSANE! More
