Tustin Hyundai, It seems your information is incorrect. After I purchased the Sonata, I discovered severe Transmission Problem and you stated you were able to DUPLICATE (Service Invoice# 61694). You then merely performed a software update, which did not resolve anything. On 11/01/2019, your service department manager (Martin Aguilar) also mistakenly CC'd me on an email to other customers who were complaining about similar unhelpful software updates when they had vehicle problems. You kept denying the issue and I had to revisit several many times.. which lead to your service manager (Martin Aguilar) started bullying and racial words (which I complained about), so I sent you several recorded moments of transmission failure and threatened for a lawsuit. Then you first attempted to charge me the State / City taxes and fees (nearly $2000) to replace my car, which I did not accept so the new transaction was reverted, and finally in December you completely refunded my defective car but you *re-listed* this car for $2000 higher than initial price and probably sold it to another customer (I have all listed and re-listed prices and service docs and will be happy to share with DealerRater). I am posting this to benefit the public. I hope you have started a great 2021 as well!
