I took my 2022 Tucson Hybrid for her first service and the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions. They set me up with a lift so I could go to work and leave my car to get serviced. They sent me a mini video of the service that was done. I received texts to let me know when my car was ready. Even though Hyundai Tustin is under construction that did not impact their service. I wanted my SUV washed and since theirs was not available they gave me a coupon for a free car wash which was less than 5 minutes away. A BIG thank you to Trina Yourosk, David Kim, and Frank Moreno for making this experience great. More
