My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Junior of Tustin Hyundai over the course of a few weeks. In one day, any customer rep can fulfill their obligation to be courteous, polite, and helpful. Irrespective to our vehicle issue, Junior consistently exemplified great customer-interaction by responding to messages in a timely manner and offering options when we were unable to bring our vehicle in. While I didn’t buy my car here I have to say I probably missed out! I have taken my car here for the last year for service on a 2021 Palisade and their service department has been nothing short of top notc missed out! I come from a family that’s in the car industry and I know good dealership when I see one. And the best place to judge them is on their service department. It’s not so much about how they treat you at the sale but it’s after they’ve already gotten you as a customer in my opinion that really speaks volumes, and this place score of the highest remarks. This dealership is the best I came from another Hyundai location and service manager martin came to my rescue he took care of ally concern and frustration called by other dealer location. I took my 2022 Tucson Hybrid for her first service and the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions. They set me up with a lift so I could go to work and leave my car to get serviced. They sent me a mini video of the service that was done. I received texts to let me know when my car was ready. Even though Hyundai Tustin is under construction that did not impact their service. I wanted my SUV washed and since theirs was not available they gave me a coupon for a free car wash which was less than 5 minutes away. A BIG thank you to Trina Yourosk, David Kim, and Frank Moreno for making this experience great. More
