I had originally gone to a Hyundai dealer that was closer to our house for an issue we were having with our Genesis. We were not treated well and the dealer refused to take care of our problem. We happened to be driving by the Tustin dealership and stopped by just to see if they had the same perspective as the other dealership. I spoke to Frank Moreno and he was able to take care of us on the spot. I would give the dealership 5 stars even if Frank wasn’t able to solve our problem simply because he was courteous and listened.
