Long story short my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 was hit while parked. The impact broke my front radar’s bracket which sits just behind the license plate. I know this because David Kim and his team at Tustin, Hyundai sent me a video of the damage. Now because of the chip shortage this part was backordered. David offered excellent customer service by sharing frequent updates via phone/text and even escalated the importance of getting the part ASAP since I had to manually turn off the front safety feature before driving. David answered all of my calls and addressed my concerns. Even through my frustration I could tell David was doing everything he could to get the part. He was honest and transparent about the timeline. When the part finally came David personally called me and booked me for the earliest appointment. My car was fixed in 2 hours. I cannot thank David and his team enough. More

We are so grateful for Michael in the sales department for selling us our car back in January! the car has opened up so many new doors in our life. We are so grateful for Fernando in the service department who went above and beyond to take care of us when within the first 3 months of purchasing the car, we chipped paint, got a cracked windshield and needed a technical issue fixed with the gas door.
