He took time to explain the details of the recall work and provided an accurate estimated time of completion a service experience as he always does! This dealership was super helpful and fast. It did take a little longer than the estimated time to pick up my car which was understandable since there were already so many cars in front of me i It did take a little longer than the estimated time to pick up my car which was understandable since there were already so many cars in front of me in the service aisles. The video they sent regarding the recap of what they did to check my car during this routine maintenance checkup was straight to the point and helpful.
