In 35+ years of having dealt with a variety of car dealerships and their service departments, I have literally never had a better experience - not even in the olden days when "service" was a thing. Bryan and his Service Dept. team were absolutely amazing. And this was no minor service. Earlier this year I'd purchased a low mileage (former lease, under 20K mi.) Certified 2020 Kona from dealer in LA. Less than 30 days / 1,000mi. later a "check engine" light ultimately signaled that per a Hyundai Tech Service Bulletin I needed a new engine (thankfully under manufacturer's warranty). Bryan and his Hyundai Tustin Service Department team took care of everything for me. Bryan answered my every question (and I had a bunch), provided me with a nice loaner, they ordered and installed my brand new engine, finished the job early and Bryan communicated with me every step of the way. They were phenomenal! With my new engine now broken in she's still purring like a kitten and I am so thankful for the excellent service I received from Bryan and the Tustin Hyundai team. I will never go elsewhere with my Kona. More
