We stopped at OC Hyundai after a day of test driving several other brand vehicles. BMW 328i, Lexus ES350, Infinity G37, Cadillac CTS and SRX, Audi A4 Quattro. We were blown away by the Car, but more importantly the friendliness of the Salesman and the GM Troy. They worked up a great lease price for us and made the decision very easy to choose the Genesis over all the other cars we had test driven earlier. I would like to share some of the experiences we encountered with other Hyundai dealers that will further explain our total satisfaction with O.C. Hyundai. We live in Mission Viejo, Ca. and there are several Hyundai dealers competing for business within 15 miles of our home. The nearest dealer to our home had an available Tuscon with a sticker price that contained an add-on charge of $895.00 that was purely fictional. It was simply a mark-up to be used as a 'discount' tactic. We did not do any business with them as a result I requested an internet price from another nearby dealer and received a propmpt call back with a promise of a return call within 3 days as to availability. The return call took over 3 weeks. We had already taken delivery from O.C. Hyundai by this time. I also requested an internet quote from a third dealer a little further away from home, but was told that the price we wanted to pay was too low and it would be impossible to purchase the car at the price we discussed. O.C. Hyundai returned my internet request within 30 minutes. When i stated the terms we were seeking, we had no problem in reaching agreement when we met at the dealership. As a result of this very positive transaction, I would recommend them for your automotive needs. We have not used their service facility, so I cannot comment on how well that department takes care of you after the sale If it is anything like the sales department, I am certain it will be as rewarding as the sales transaction. I had the best experience at OC Hyundai that I've ever had purchasing and leasing vehicles for almost 40 years! We were so impressed with Sonata during our test drive & Steve's and the information Steve provided us regarding its quality that we were sold. Our only dilemna was deciding on the color and trim! We felt no pressure, like at other dealerships. We had a great time discussing the quality and cutting edge technology of Hyundai, and surprised that Hyundai research and design is in Aliso Viejo, Orange County, California, and the cars manufactured in Alabama. The entire transaction (including test drive) took only 2-hours, most of which consisted of friends sharing common values and discussing family, OC Hyundai's integrity, quality service, and outreach to the community. My wife and I asked John about the photographs on the walls that reflect OC Hyundai's commitment to helping important programs and charities in the community with monetary donations. We were touched by John Patterson's ethics and focus on the community. When I shared that I'm President of the Board of Directors of KidSingers, the only non-profit performing arts program for one-hundred and fifty at-risk children from grades 3 to 12 in Orange County, John immediately offered a donation to the program.
