OC Hyundai,.... new ownership and an awesome new mamagment ! I noticed as i dropped my car off for a simple service and i was "Greeted" by someone obviously in Management under the new owner. Key word: GREETED!, . i have had my Hyundai for 10 years, dealing with the same location,.... and other than TRINA at the desk,. never so much as a smile or acknowledgment from anyone. Trina was what brought me back , time & time again. Very friendly and honest. Now,...the new owners/management??? Awesome. Simply put. I was greeted by Trina (as usual,.. with a smile), then when she was in back checking on my paperwork,... 2, ... yes, 2 different faces approached me i had never seen before and asked if they could help me in anyway. They were sincere, their smiles were genuine,..and i observed how they treated the "staff", behind a semi-closed glass door: friendly, smiling, and very welcoming ! I like the new 'changes' and attitudes . Very comforting. Ide`a given strong 5`s all down the scale,.... however, DEALER prices should be slightly more competitive with others. Dealers are always a bit steep . Work on THIS issue and ide bring my car in for more servicing whether it 'needed' it or not . More
Mark was great. I told Mark that I did not hwv much time for my service call and needed to leave within an hour. He went right to work on my car and got me out in 45 minutes. This agency knows how to sell cars! The staff I worked with were respectful, polite, not pushy, prompt, knowledgeable, and so willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. They got the car color I wanted, double checked everyhing on the invoice, and prepped the car so nicely. I am recommending OC Hyundai to my friends. Our company cars are Sonatas and we could not be happier with the overall performance of the cars. I think I got a great deal. More
Typically, I would leave my car until the end of the day, but this particular occassion, I needed to have my 60k mile maintenance completed by 2:00pm (giving the Service Center approximate 3-hours notice). but this particular occassion, I needed to have my 60k mile maintenance completed by 2:00pm (giving the Service Center approximate 3-hours notice). I was willing to come back another day, but Mark had assured me that he would schedule a time for my car with the mechanic to have the maintenance done by 1:30pm, giving some wiggle room to 2:00pm. Sure enough, the service was performed on time and in addition the Hyundai coupons gave me approximately 40% off the additional parts. I think one of the great things about the Service was the pleasant smile and courtesy from both Mark and Trina - Thank you very much! More

Andrew and his management team were very responsive to my needs. They did not have the car I wanted, an AWD Santa Fe, but they managed to located one in Ontario and Andrew went to pick up the car for me. The needs. I called up several Hyundai dealerships to try to get a quote in writing so I could compare prices. All the other dealerships wouldn't give me a quote unless I came in. I did visit one other dealership but they refused to go lower with their offers unless I promised to buy it that day. In contrast, Jon at OC Hyundai immediately did everything I asked, without asking me to agree to anything. I quoted him a price from carsdirect.com and asked if he could beat it by sending a better deal to me via fax. Wow, did he beat it! I got an insanely good deal with excellent financing on a 2010 Elantra, with the exterior and interior colors I wanted. I didn't have to haggle at all. And, he quoted me a really competitive price for the 2011 Sonata as well. The dealership also provides all sorts of goodies for their customers, like free car washes any time Monday through Friday, and free lunches on Saturday. They also donate to charity every time a new car is sold. This place is awesome, and I highly recommend it. More

The only area less than good or great was the price, it was challenging to negotiate the price, and I feel like we were told some of the price would be knocked down but then it wasn't. More
