Dong was the first person I talked to when I called the dealership, and it sounded like he knew what he was doing. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Dong and he introduced me to William, a young energetic salesperson. William was probably the most sociable and lively salesperson I've ever met. I was tight on time and William assured me that they would act as quickly as possible and what not. Brand new dealership in OC area!! (they just opened few months ago.) Very clean office inside and out. Very clean and well maintained vehicles. I've been coming here (then Douglas Hyundai) to service my Hyundai ever since I moved to Orange County. I needed service on my Elantra and had a horrible day previous to walking in through the doors. I need to let everyone know, that when I walked through those doors, my day changed for the better. I was instantly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I had both my sons with me and everyone was just as friendly as could be. I was directed to Mark Rodelo and he was the best ever. He took care of us right away, made us feel we were important to the company. I could really tell he listened to every thing I said. He took care of my car quickly, offered my sons and I anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable. He EVEN gave me great prices!!!! Which I am so thankful for because that last month had been very hard for us financially. Before walking in those doors I just had to make a huge payment on a medical bill for myself and that is why my day was horrible. BUT when I made the right decision to walk through those doors...our day changed and we became somebody important to deal with. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone there but especially Mark Rodelo for his great service and smile. He was very professional and kinda as well. My service experience with OC Hyundai was for my first oil change and was very pleasant. Recently I was involved in a minor traffic accident with no bodily injuries, however the only damage was to my dri oil change and was very pleasant. Recently I was involved in a minor traffic accident with no bodily injuries, however the only damage was to my driver's side mirror. Martin Aguilar was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with a damage estimate within hours. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The estimate provided by Martin was right in line with the estimate provided by both my insurance company and by the insurance company of the other driver. I also had a small burn on my back seat and inquired whether they could repair the burn or if he knew someone who could. Martin knew of someone who generally does interior work for OC Hyundai and he provided me with an estimate for the repair. I felt the estimate was very reasonable and both the side mirror repair and the interior cigarette burn work was completed within 1 day and I am completely satisfied with both my car and with the results of both repair jobs.
