My name is Kathy and I live in Palm Desert,Ca.I had been interested in buying a Hyundai Tuscon for the past 6 months as my lease was coming to an end in July.I found a GLS in the La Quinta dealership.When t interested in buying a Hyundai Tuscon for the past 6 months as my lease was coming to an end in July.I found a GLS in the La Quinta dealership.When they took it to the bank they came back with 18% on a 6 year loan with a significant down payment.(My credit is not good because of foreclosed investment properties)I had a similar experience with Honda of the Desert for a CRV.At this point I decided to look for used car,to borrow a car or maybe take over a short term lease.I was in Orange County with my son for a tennis tournament and decided to stop by OC Hyundai.I had previously spoken to Jorge Gonzales on the phone about this car.We looked at a GLS with navigation.It was about $2,000 more than the one I looked at in La Quinta.Jorge wanted to run some numbers.I was very reluctant to go through this again.Phil Doherty,sales manager,was brought in to talk to me.I told him about my previous experiences and that I didn't want to go through this process just to get another bad deal.He said he really thought he could do better.I gave him the go ahead but feeling very pessimistic.He came back with 10% interest rate(La Quinta was 18%) for 5 years(la Quinta was 6 years) with the same amount down that I was going put down at the La Quinta dealership.My payments were only slightly higher than the La Quinta deal and I got a nicer car with navigation.I was thrilled.The only thing I was hesitant about was the red car.They held a small deposit for me so I could think about it and they could look for other colors.The plan was to return the next morning.In the mean time,they noticed that my other car had a tire that was low in air.They tried to use their compressor which did not work.Jorge took me to 7-11 to get one of those cans that can fill a tire,It didn't work.I had to call AAA and Jorge was nice enough to wait with me until they came.It was after 10PM.AAA showed and could not replace the tire with spare because we could not find the key needed to take off the bolt.He also said my other tire was about to go.I left my car at Hyuandai and we got a ride back to the hotel.The next day Jorge drove to the hotel in traffic to bring us back to the dealership.The only other color Tuscon they could find with the navigation and the beautiful taupe interior was kiwi green.We thought we would like it but couldn't decide until we saw it in person.Phil told me they could get one in by 5:00PM and I could decide between red and kiwi.They gave me another car to use for the day to take my son to his tournament.What I didn't know was that Jorge drove all the way to San Diego to bring this car to their dealership.When I got back after 5 and saw the car it was love at first sight.We made the deal.On top of all that,they told me there was no charge to replace both of my tires from the old car.I turned in that car at the VW dealership across the street.OC Hyundai bent over backwards for me and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car, thanks to Jorge and Phil. We went to various dealers looking for the model and color we wanted but SPECIFICALLY worked with this dealership based on the great experience we had previous at the Tustin (OC Mazda) dealership, owned by John Patterson. We were very happy to say that we were taken care of just as great with the sales team here at OC Hyundai. Our experience started with George in the internet sales department and Jeff Walker's (Sales Manager) help. We got the car we wanted and the price that was within our budget! This team worked very hard at getting us the car we wanted in spite of the fact that the demand for this vehicle made this task challenging at best. I've been bringing my Elantra to this same location for regular maintenance servicing ever since I bought there four years ago and have never had any trouble with it. Until two days ago when I suddenly heard a strange "rattling" noise, especially when I accellerated or made a turn. I took the car straight in to the service dept right after work, wondering what it could be and if was covered under my warranty. I was greeted right away and assured that whatever it was, they would find it. After waiting a few minutes, Mark came for me and said "you've got to see this." I thought "oh no, a critter has crawled up somewhere and wrecked something." But no, it was a large twig that was stuck in some weird way in my steering that when the wheels turned it would flap against it. I asked if I could pull it out, and after I "fixed" my car and we all had a laugh over it, I asked them how much they would charge and Mark laughed again and said, "Nothing!" My husband and I looked at a some Hyundais about a month before we ready to lease. We were shown all of them by Luis and told the features of the various models. Mark and Luis were able to locate the exact car we were looking for and went and picked it up for us. Keep in mind that it was 3:00 when I called them and said that we wanted to go ahead with the deal. By 8:00 they had located, picked up, detailed the car and pre-completed the paperwork prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign the paperwork, get the run-down on the car and drive away. O.C. Hyundai is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I got the sense that Mark really wanted to help me and not just make a quick sale so he could move on to the next potential client. Mark spent the entire time with me constantly asking me if I was hungry or thirsty. The other dealerships that I went to took me for the boring drive around the corner and back to the dealership and lets talk about price. Mark on the other hand took me for a 30 minute test drive that was both fun and exhilarating. I have never been on a test drive such as the one Mark took me on. When I was ready to buy my Genesis Coupe it all came down price. The day that I bought my car I went to two other dealerships before I went to O.C. Hyundai. Both the other dealership gave me the typical ring around and took me for granted because of my young age. I knew what I wanted so it was just the matter of Mark and O.C. Hyundai finding the car I wanted and the price we agreed upon. O.C. Hyundai gave me a fantastic price with all the perks that I could ever think of, for example, unlimited car washes Monday-Friday. No other dealership does this type of perk. Overall, I am super happy that I bought my car from Mark Davidson and O.C. Hyundai because they have shown me nothing but respect the moment that I walked in the door and there has been a general feeling of them actually wanting to help me instead of being another customer that comes and goes. If anyone is ready to buy a Hyundai I would advise you to go to this dealership. More

I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from this location 5 yrs ago and continue to come back to get it serviced.It's a place where you walk in and they are familiar with your car and you.
