There were none of the usual games one usually experiences at other dealers. The price we were quoted was the price we paid; the estimated delivery date was beaten by several weeks. We were impressed by the amount of time Frank and Mark spent with us, even before there was a car in inventory for us to buy! And when we took possession of our car last weekend, Frank spent several hours patiently explaining all the new technology features of the car to my husband and myself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car overall and we learned a lot from him. We were made to feel like valued customers throughout the entire process. Went to OC Hyundai looking for an Elantra but ended up liking the Mazda3 which Kevin O. showed me (Mazda dealer under same ownership). I was so impressed by his sales demeanor (especially after dealing with other salesman elsewhere) that it weighed on me when deciding - which really says something. But in the end, another Mazda dealership gave me a better price and Kevin's manager wasn't letting him budge on their price. I wish I could have given Kevin a sale, but the least I could do was to write him this review and convince others to see him. He even congratulated and wished me well when following up - truly a genuine guy. It may not have happened this time but I'll surely be back in the future to see Kevin. More
