Amazing Buying Experience I went into Tustin Hyundai knowing what car I was interested because I saw it on the website and once I saw it I instantly knew I had to have it. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and Bill Farris helped me. He was absolutely amazing and easy going. He did not pressure me at all or made me feel like I needed to buy this car. When it came to signing all of the paper work I started getting a little hesitant and he told me to take a night to sleep on it! Any other salesman would've tried to re sell me on how great the car is and pressure me into buying it but not Bill. He made my sales expirence easy and refreshing. I bought the car used and there was some paint chipping on the front and Bill was kind enough to set an appointment up for me to get the car sprayed over, who else would do that? I would definitely reccomend Tustin Hyundai if you're looking into buying a Hyundai and especially going to Bill to help you with your purchase. More

I had the most amazing experience with Bill Farris who guided us through the whole process. He was unbelievably helpful throughout the whole time and made sure we got the best possible deal (which I confirmed through the help of Google searches). My whole family actually ended up walking in during the process and each family member was personally greeted by Bill and he left a great impression on each one of them. I could really see how incredibly genuine he was through all our interactions and even when certain document names didn't match up and we had to call insurance to fix things, he personally called the companies to figure out exactly what information we needed. I also never felt pressured to get the lease througout the process. I will DEFINTIELY come back to Tustin Hyundai the next time my wife or I needs to buy or lease a car.
