I recently had the privilege of working with Rick Majors on an order/purchase of a new Hyundai Palisade. Rick made the entire process stress-free. He found the car for me and made certain I was up to date o on an order/purchase of a new Hyundai Palisade. Rick made the entire process stress-free. He found the car for me and made certain I was up to date on the vehicle's status from reserving through final pickup. Rick would check in with me frequently to see if I had any questions and let me know where I was in the purchase process. Car buying used to be an event I would try to avoid because of the purchase stress and drama of dealerships. I am happy to say that Tustin Hyundai and Rick Majors have given me a phenomenal experience. Once Rick had completed introducing me to the new car and was sure I was fully satisfied, he handed me off to another great member of the Tustin Hyundai team, xx. xx walked me through the finance side of things with a lot of information and no pressure.
