I’ve been to two other Hyundai dealerships in South Orange County for service and have been disappointed. I love my ‘21 Santa Fe, it’s an incredible vehicle, but I was so disappointed in the service I Orange County for service and have been disappointed. I love my ‘21 Santa Fe, it’s an incredible vehicle, but I was so disappointed in the service I received. I drove 17 miles to come to try Tustin Hyundai and was greeted in the service drive then introduced to a service writer given an estimate of time offered coffee and a ride home or to a restaurant in a beautiful dealership setting with nice people. My faith in Hyundai, has been restored. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. My vehicle was serviced on time parts were ordered, and I was given a certificate to return kfor a free car wash because it was raining that day. After 40+ years in the car business in immediately recognized how well run this dealership is. I can confidently recommend the Hyundai automobiles and this dealership. More

The experience at Tustin Hyundai was awesome. Rick Majors was our sales person. He is very personable and very well versed in the cars he sells. We spent quite a while going through the car and its operation. The entire experience was just unbelievably satisfying. The best car buying experience we have had in quite some time. Initially went in to browse for some potential options but Matt was very helpful and courteous to show me around and test drive. Got my eyes on the Sonata Hybrid and Matt was exceptionally easy to work an but Matt was very helpful and courteous to show me around and test drive.
