Your service advisor Edward Segura, went over and beyond to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another proble to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another problem, so returning a week or so later for a second problem was somewhat annoying. It’s also inconvenient for us to drop a vehicle for service (always takes a few trips and multiple drivers). However, Edward quickly set us up with a complimentary rental car, which vastly reduced the annoyance and inconvenience. Thank you Edward! Gary B. More

I went to Another dealership closer to my home and felt overlooked so I left. Happen to be in Tustin later in the day stopped in and approached Junior and was treated well and looked at my tire and jumpe overlooked so I left. Max Nieto, was highly knowledgeable about all the products available to purchase. he showed in detail each of the vehicles we looked at and test drove them.
