I really appreciate this dealership. Today was my third time going here (for recalls) and I truly just appreciate how friendly their staff is and how they don't try to upsell you or tell Today was my third time going here (for recalls) and I truly just appreciate how friendly their staff is and how they don't try to upsell you or tell you that something is wrong with the car (that isn't) Also, their prices are very clearly displayed on a laminated card on the counter in front of each one of the advisers... and I especially appreciate that as a single female handling automotive issues on my own, they do not make you feel uncomfortable AT ALL. I also decided (as I was checking in to get the recall taken care of) that I wanted to add an oil change. I had previously priced an oil change at two other places, but decided to wait to see how much it was at the dealer, I was shocked that not only was the oil change cheaper at the dealer, but it also included tire rotation, topping off all of my fluids and a general overview of the car. I also loved that they have a great area set up so that customers are able to work while they wait. And as an extra added bonus, I also got a delicious cup of coffee! I would (without hesitation) come back to this dealership for any future service (or recall) needs. More

I drive farther to go to Tustin Hyundai because their service department is superior to the one that is closer to my house. I don't want to call out which dealer whose service center could use some sign service department is superior to the one that is closer to my house.
